October 1, 1985
The City Council met in Special Session on the
above date at 2:30 PM with Mayor Carl Doering
presiding. The following Council Members and
Officials were present: Eb C. Girvin, William C.
Shell, Joan King, City Secretary Pat Caballero,
City Manager Frank Reed, Director of Public
Works Allyn Moore, Public Works Supervisor W. L.
Walden and Water & Waste Water Superintendent
Jerry VanFossen. Council Members Connor and
Colbert were absent.
1. B.R.A. REPORT The Council heard a report from the Brazos River
Authority on the studies being done on the
Regional Transmission and Treatment System
(RTTS).

(Y) 2. MISC. The council indicated that the Brazos River
Authority may use the San Gabriel Park Community
Q Center for a Public Hearing on this subject on
Q November 13th at 7:30 PM.
3. ADJOURN Motion by King and second by Shell to adjourn.
Motion carried by unanimous vote.
