June 6, 1985
The City Council met in Special Session on the above date
at 7:30 P.M. with Mayor Carl Doering presiding. The
following Council Members and Officials were present.
Bill Connor, William C. Shell, Joan King, Jim Colbert,
City Manager Leo Wood, City Secretary Pat Caballero,
Finance and Administration Director Frank Reed, Public
Works Director Allyn Moore, Community Development and
Planning Director Ed Barry and Planning Director Renee
Hanson. Council Member Ed B. Girvin was absent.
Discuss Hiring Motion by Connor and seonced by Shell to recommend that
Consultant City Manager Leo Wood hire Frank Dyson as interim Chief
of Police and consultant for a three week period and
authorize $3,600.00 for payment for his services as
such. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Misc. No action was taken on this matter.
Adjourn Motion by Colbert and seconded by Shell to adjourn.
Motion carried by unanimous vote.
