The City Council met in Special Session on the
above date at 5:00 P.M. with Mayor Carl Doering
presiding. The following Council Members and Officials
were present: Eb C. Girvin, Bill Connor, William C.
Shell, Joank King, Jim Colbert, City Manger Leo Wood,
City Secretary Pat Caballero, Public Works Director
W. L. Walden, Planning Director Renee Hanson, City
Dudge Parker McCullough, City Attorney Joe McMaster,
Police Chief Travis Thomas and Airport Manager Ron
Parker.
Hearing of Dennis James Mr. Hale, attorney for Dennis James, requested that
Appeal from his dis- Mr. Dennis James' records be closed pursuant to
charge as City Employed Article 6252. Joe McMaster indicated no objection to
Polic Officer, this. Mayor Carl Doering announced that the City of
Possible action by Georgetown and Dennis James have on this day reached a
City Council on such omplete and full and final settlement of all their differences
appeal and possible culminating in a voluntary resignation of Dennis James as
executive session by a Police Officer of the City of Georgetown.

Adjourn Motion by Connor and seconded by Shell to adjourn.
Motion carried by unanimous vote.
