April 30, 1985
The City Council met in Special Session on the above date
at 5:15 P.M. with Mayor Carl Doering presiding. The
following Council Members were present: Eb C. Girvin,
Bill Connor, William C. Shell, Joan!,King, City Manger
Leo Wood, City Secretary Pat Caballero, Public Works
Director W. L Walden, Planning Director Renee Hanson,
Tax/Finance Director Barbara Raney, Building Official
Frank Wineinger, and Airport Manager Ron Parker.
Council Member Jim Colbert was absent.
Community Center Motion by Shell and seconded by Connor to waive the fees,
Request - Larry required deposits and insurance requirements for use of
Bingham the Community Center by Larry Bingham for the purpose of
a Rotary Club scholarship fund raising event. Voting
went as follows: YES: King, Connor and Shell.
ABSTAIN: Girvin. Motion carried.
Misc. No action was taken on this matter.
Adjourn Motion by King and seconded by Connor to adjourn. Motion
carried by unanimous vote.

Bills over $2,000
Motion by King and seconded by Girvin to approve the bills
over $2,000.00 as submitted. Motion carried by unanimous
vote.

Community Center
Motion by Shell and seconded by King to waive the fees,

required deposits and insurance requirements for use of
Gilbert
the Community Center by Polly Gilbert for the purpose of
showing a senior citizens health care film. Motion carried
by unanimous vote.
Community Center Motion by Shell and seconded by Connor to waive the fees,
Request - Larry required deposits and insurance requirements for use of
Bingham the Community Center by Larry Bingham for the purpose of
a Rotary Club scholarship fund raising event. Voting
went as follows: YES: King, Connor and Shell.
