The City Council met in Special Session on the above
date at 8:30 A.M. with Mayor Carl Doering presiding. The
following Council Members and Officials were present: Eb C.
Girvin, Bill Connor, William C. Shell, Joan King, Jim Colbert,
City Manager Leo Wood, City Secretary Pat Caballero, Public
Works Director W. L Walden, Planning Director Renee Hanson,
Tax/Finance Director Barbara Raney and Building Official
Frank Wineinger.
The council undertook a lengthy discussion regarding
job descriptions.
No action taken on this matter.
Motion by Connor and seconded by Shell to adjourn.
Motion carried by unanimous vote.
