The City Council met in Special Session on the above date
at 9:30 A.M. with Mayor Carl Doering presiding. The following
Council Members and officials were present. Eb C. Girvin, Bill
Connor, William C. Shell, Joan King, City Manager Leo Wood, City
Secretary Pat Caballero, Public Works Director W. L. Walden,
Planning Director Renee Hanson, Tax/Finance Director Barbara
Raney and Building Official Frank Wineinger. Council Member
Jim Colbert was absent.
The Council undertook a lengthy discussion regarding job
descriptions.
No action was taken on this matter.
Motion by Connor and seconded by Shell to adjourn. Motion
carried by unanimous vote.
