October 1, 1984
The City Council met in Special Session on the above
date at 7:00 P.M. with Mayor Carl Doering presiding.
The following Council Members and Officials were
present: Eb C. Girvin, Bill Connor, Joan King,
Jim Colbert, City Manager Leo Wood, City Secretary
Pat Caballero, Public Works Director W. L. Walden and
Planning Director Renee Hanson. Council Member
William C. Shell was absent.
Brazos River Authority - The Council undertook a lengthy discussion regarding
Water - Review and participation in the Brazos River Authority's
Discussion Regional Water System.
Ordinance - Willaimson Motion by Connor and seconded by King to approve the ordinance.
County Cable Vision Rate The voting went as follows: AYES: King, Connor and
Increase, 2nd reading Girvin. NO: Colbert. Motion carried. (Ord. Book #5,
Page 382).

Adjourn
ATTEST
Pat Cabal
Motion by Connor and seconded by Colbert to table this
until the October 4, 1984 Special Council meeting.
Motion carried by unanimous vote.
No action was taken on this matter.
Motion by King and seconded by Connor to adjourn.
Motion carried by unanimous vote.
