December 23, 1983
The City Council met in special session on the above date at
9:00 AM with Mayor John C. Doerfler presiding. The following
Councilmen and Officials were present: Eb C. Girvin, Carl
Doering, Marvin Lackey, Bill Connor, William C. Shell, City
Manager Leo Wood, City Secretary Pat Caballero, Public Works
Director W. L. Walden, Tax/Finance Director Barbara Raney
and City Planner Renee Hanson.
Oath of Office - Mayor Doerfler administered the City Secretary Oath of Office
City Secretary to Pat Caballero.
Ordinance - Councilman Connor made and Councilman Doering seconded a motion
Abandonment of approving the first reading of an ordinance approving the
Easement, abandonment of a city utility easement located in the Toyah
Toyah Point I, Point I subdivision, Georgetown, Williahson County, Texas.
1st reading Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Approve Bills Councilman Connor made and Councilman Shell seconded a motion
over $2,000.00 to approve a bill of $9,188.39 from Freese and Nicholas
Engineering Company as presented by the Cirector of Planning.
Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Adjournment Councilman Connor made and Councilman Lackey seconded a motion
to adjourn. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
