December 19, 1983
The City Council met in emergency session on the above date
at 5:00 P.M. with Mayor John C. Doerfler presiding. The
following Councilmen and Officials were present: Eb C. Girvin,
Carl Doering, Marvin Lackey, William C. Shell, City Manager
Leo Wood, Director of Public Works W. L. Walden, Director
of Planning Renee Hanson and Director of Finance and Tax
Barbara Raney. Councilman Bill Connor was absent.
Certificate of Motion by Girvin and seconded by Shell to resend the action
Obligation taken on December 13, 1983, Council Meeting to authorize a
paying agent contract for the 1983 Certificate of Obligation
Issue. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Motion by Lackey and seconded by Girvin to advise the city's
financial director to implement procedures to issue Certificate
of Obligation in the amount of $300,000.00. Motion carried by
unanimous vote.
Adjourn Motion by Shell and seconded by Doering to adjourn. Motion
carried by unanimous vote.
