HomeMy WebLinkAboutMIN 11.22.1982 CC-S73 November 22, 1982 The City Council met in Special Session on the above date at 4:00 PM with Mayor John C. Doerfler presiding. The following Councilmen and Officials were present: Eb C. Girvin, Carl Doering, Marvin Lackey, Bill Connor, William C. Shell, City Manager Leo Wood, City Secretary Jim Colbert, Public Works Director W. L. Walden, Tax/Finance Director Barbara Raney and City Planner Renee Hanson. Ordinance - Lone Motion by Shell and seconded by Girvin to approve on Star Gas Rate second and final reading an ordinance setting rates to Increase, 2nd be charged by Lone Star Gas Co. Motion carried by reading unanimous vote. Councilman Connor was absent. (See Ord. Book #4, Pages 399-402). Ordinance - Amend Zoning Ordinance No action was taken on this matter. Doerfler, ayor ATTEST: 1 l� Jim Colbert, City Secretary Preliminary and Final Motion by Shell and seconded by Connor to approve a Plat - Georgetown preliminary plat and a resolution authorizing the Industrial Park filing of a final plat for Georgetown Industrial Park J South, West Phase, South, West Phase, Section I provided a letter of -i Section I agreement will be provided guaranteeing that all T applicable codes and ordinances will be met before any building permits are issued. Voting went as follows: Ayes: Shell, Connor and Girvin. Abstain: Q Doering and Lackey. (See Ord. Book #4, Page 403). Q Preliminary Plat - Motion by Doering and seconded by Connor to approve a Riverbend III preliminary plat of Riverbend III provided: (1) before the final plat is approved, a concept plan of the remaining area will be supplied, an additional street to the East will be shown, filing fees will be paid, a water detention plan will be provided and a sixty (60) foot road and utility easement to Booty's Crossing Road will be provided. Motion carried by unanimous vote. Preliminary Plat - Motion by Connor and seconded by Lackey to approve a Rocky Hollow Estates Preliminary Plat of Rocky Hollow Estates II provided: II (1) Verna Spur shall be a fifty (50) foot right of way with forty (40) foot pavement and an additional five (5) foot public utility easement on the front property lines on Verna Spur shall be dedicated; (2) deed restrictions shall allow no trees or fences in the public utility easements along Verna Spur. Motion carried by unanimous vote. Ordinance - Amend Zoning Ordinance No action was taken on this matter.
