August 31, 1982
The City Council met in Special Session on the
above date at 7:00 PM with Mayor John C. Doerfler
presiding. The following Councilmen and Officials
were present: Eb C. Girvin, Carl Doering, Marvin
Lackey, William C. Shell, City Manager Leo Wood,
City Secretary Jim Colbert, Public Works Director
W. L. Walden, and Planner Renee Hanson. Council-
man Bill Connor was absent.
Community Center - Mrs. Payne addressed the City Council concerning
Beth Morrow and new rates at the Community Center. No action was
Michelle Payne taken on this matter.
Selection of Motion by Girvin and seconded by Shell to select Freese
Engineer for and Nichols as eningeer for the Comprehensive Study, with
Comprehensive Study Hunter and Associates selected as first alternate. Motion
carried by unanimous vote.
Executive At this time, Mayor Doerfler announced that the City
Session Council would meet in executive session as provided by
Article 6252-17, V. T. C. S. Following the executive
session the meeting was again opened to the public.
Adjourn There being no further business, on a motion by Shell
and seconded by Lackey, the meeting adjourned.
