The City Council met in Special Session on the above date at 6:15
p.m. with Mayor John C. Doerfler presiding. The following Council-
men and Officials were present: Eb C. Girvin, Carl Doering, Lee
Fulkes, City Manager Leo Wood and Tax Assessor -Collector Barbara
Raney.
Ordinance - Motion by Doering and seconded by Girvin to approve on first reading
Tax Rate as an emergency an ordinance establishing the tax rate for 1981.
Motion carried by unanimous vote. ( See Book 04, Page 212).
Ordinance - Motion by Fulkes and seconded by Doering to approve on first reading
Adopt Budget an ordinance adopting the budget for fiscal year '.981-1982. Motion
1st reading carried by unanimous vote.
T-1 Adjourn There being no further business, on a motion by Doering and seconded
by Girvin, the meeting adjourned.
