The City Council met in special session on the above date at
5:00 pm with Mayor John C. Doerfler pasiding. The following
Councilmen and Officials were present: Eb.C. Girvin, Carl
Doering, Lee Fulkes, William C. Shell, City Manager Leo
Wood, Assistant City Manager W. L. Walden and City Secretary
Jim Colbert.
Preliminary Plat - Motion by Doering and seconded by Girvin not to approve a
River Hills II Preliminary Plat of River Hills Section If. Voting went as
follows: Ayes: Doering, Girvin and Shell. Noes: Fulkes.
Motion carried.
Preliminary RP Motion by Doering and seconded by Girvin not to approve a
T -A Development Plan- Preliminary RP Development Plan for fhe Barbarosa. Voting
,`..� The Barbarosa went as follows: Ayes: Doering, Girvin,and Shell. Noes:
Fulkes. Motion carried.
Zoning Letter -. The City Council agreed to sign a letter stating that the
Q University Hills rezoning of University Hills from RS to RP would be
Q approved when the final development plan was wapproved.
Resolution - Motion by Shell and seconded by Doering to approve a reealutuion
Parks & Wildlife authorizing the Mayor to execute a contract between the City
and the Texas Department of Parks and Wildlife for park improvements.
There being no further business, on a motion by Shell and seconded
by Fulkes, the meeting adjourned.
