The City Council met in Special Session on the above date
with Mayor John C. Doerfler presiding. The Following
Councilmen and Officials were present: Lee Fulkes, Harry
Gold, William C. Shell, Carl Doering, Ken Olson, City
Manager Leo Wood, Assistant City Manager W. L. Walden
and City Secretary Jim Colbert.
Ordinance - Motion by Gold seconded by Shell to approve an ordinance
Notice to issue authorizing the Mayor to give notice of intent to issue
Certificates of Certificates of Obligation for park improvements. Motion
Obligation for carried by unanimous vote. ( See Ord. Book 04, Pages
Park improvements 126,137, and 138).
Ordinance -
Motion by Gold seconded by Fulkes to approve an ordinance

Ordinance -
Motion by Shell seconded by Gold to approve on first reading
Abandon Easement,
an ordinance abandoning an easement on lots 3 anc 4, Block F,
lots 3 and 4, Block F,
Seranada West II. Motion carried by unanimous vote.

Adjourn There being no further business on a motion by Shell
seconded by Gold, the meeting adjourned.
