March 16, 1981
The City Council met in Special session on the above date
with Mayor John C. Doerfler presiding. The following
Councilmen and Officials were present: Lee Fulkes, Harry
Gold, William C. Shell, Carl Doering, Ken Olson, City
Manager Leo Wood, Assistant City Manager W. L. Walden,
and City Secretary Jim Colbert.
Award Bids on Motion by Doering seconded by Shell to award bids for
Hanagers construction of Hanagers at the Airport to Hexagon Builders,
Inc. provided the bidder meets all qualifications.
Preliminary Plat - No action was taken on this matter.
North Fork Park
Ordinance - Motion by Doering seconded by Shell to approve on first
Amend Section reading as an emergency an ordinance amending Section 2.08
2.08 of Zoning of the Zoning Ordinance. Voting went as follows: Ayes:
Ordinance Doering, Shell, Gold, and Olson. Noes: Fulkes. Motion
carried. (See Ord. Book 04, Page 128-135).
Adjourn There being no fureier business, on a motion by Shell,
seconded by Olson, the meeting adjourned.
