HomeMy WebLinkAboutMIN 12.22.1980 CC-SDecember 22, 1980 The City Council met in Special Sessionon the above date at 4:30 pm with Mayor John C. Doerfler presiding. The following Councilmen and Officials were present: Lee Fulkes, Carl Doering, Ken Olson, William C. Shell, City Manager Leo Wood, Assistant City Manager W. L. Walden and City City Secretary Jim Colbert. Ordinance - Motion by Doering seconded by Shell to approve on second TMRS updated reading an ordinance providing updated service provisions for service, 2nd City employees through the Texas Municipal Retirement System. Reading Motion carried by Unanimous vote. (See Ord Book #4, Page 85). Ordinance - Motion by Shell seconded by Doering to approve on second TMRS vested reading an ordinance providing vested interest previsions for interest, 2nd City employees through the Texas Municipal Retirement System. Reading Motion carried by unanimous vote. ( See Ord. Book 04, Pages 86 and 87). There being no further business, on a motion by Fulkes seconded by Shell, the meeting adjourned. ucla'�_ Jo C. Lone Star Gas Co. Motion carried by unanimous vote. 1st Reading Resolution - Motion by Shell seconded by Fulkes to approve a resolution Property authorizing the City Secretary to advertise for bids for the exchange Exchange of real property in the vicinity of the City Water Plant. Motion carried by unanimous vote with Doering abstaining. ( See Ord. Book CZ #4, page 84). d'+ Don Bizzell No action was taken on this matter... VAdvertise for City Manager was authorized to advertise for bids on a garbage Bids - Garbage truck. Truck Advertise for City Manager was authorized to advertise for bids on a Bids - Pickup 1981 pickup.
