October 27, 1980
The City Council met in Special Session on the above
date at 7:30 PM with Mayor Pro -Tem William C. Shell
presiding. The following Councilmen and Officials were
present: Harry Gold, Carl Doering, Ken Olson, City
Manager Leo Wood, Assistant City Manager W. L. Walden
and City Secretary Jim Colbert.
Ordinance -Public Motion by Olson seconded by Godl to approve on first
Utilities Regulatory reading as an emergency an ordinance providing service
Act, 1978 standards to be utilized by Lone Star Gas Company with-
in the City of Georgetown, Motion carried by unanimous
vote. ( See Ord. Book 04, Page 73).
There being no further business, on a motion by
Doering seconded by Shell, the meeting adjourned.
