The City Council met in emergency session on the above date at
4:00 pm o'clock with Mayor John Doerfler presiding. The
following Councilmen and officials were present: Harry Gold,
William Shell, Lee Fulkes, Kenneth Olson, Carl Doering, City
Manager Leo Wood, City Secretary W. L. Walden, CD Coord.
Jim Colbert and Chief Travis Thomas. Others present were:
Marvin E. Lackey, Floyd C. Chambers and John Walters.
Order Motion by William Shell seconded by Harry Gold to adopt
Appointing recount an Order appointing William P. Hoffman, Dick Sanson Jr.
committee and and Diane Sansom as the recount committee for the City
setting time, place Officers Election and naming William P. Hoffman to serve
and date for recount as chairman of the committee. The recount is to be held on
the 15th day of April, 1980 beginning at 9:00 o'clock am
in the City Council Chambers. The motion carried by a
C.ID unanimous vote. (See Ord. Book 04, Pages 19, 20, 21).
