Called City Council Meeting
The City Council met in special session on the above date with Mayor
John Doerfler presiding at 4:00 p. m. The following councilmen and officials
were present: William Shell, Kenneth Olson, Lee Fulkes, Harry Gold, City
Manager Leo Wood, City Secretary W. L. Walden, and City Engineer Bill Schott.
Rezoning -RM Motion by Shell and seconded by Fulkes to approve on second and final
2243 West of reading an Ordinance rezoning 4.64 acres of land located on RM 2243 west of
Wickes Wickes from RS to I. Motion carried by unanimous vote. (See Ordinance Book 03 -
Page 0230-231)
Motion by Shell and seconded by Fulkes to approve on second and final
reading an Ordinance rezoning 1.00 acres of land located on RM 2243 west of
Wickes from RS to I: Motion carried by unanimous vote. (See Ordinance Book 03 -
Page 0231-232)
Railroad Sign Motion by Olson and seconded by Fulkes to approve an agreement between
Agreement- the City of Georgetown and the State Department of Highways authorizing
Texas Highway the Highway Department to install passive warning devices at railroads. Motion
