October 26, 1977
The City Council met in special session on the above date at 4:30 p.m.
with Mayor John Doerfler presiding. The following councilmen and officials were
present: Carl Doering, William Shell, D. W. Scott, Ken Olson, Harry Gold,
City Manager Leo Wood, City Secretary W. L. Walden, City Inspector Tom
Sams, and Community Development Coordinator Jim Colbert. Others present were:
Russell Parker, Ray Rogers, Mr. and Mrs. Oran Davis, Wilbur Calloway,
Melissa Carroll, Don Bizzell, Charles Steiger, Bill Forest, Bob Stanton,
Jim Coffman and Bi I I Putney. ;
Side Lot Variance- Oran Davis requested a side lot line variance of approximately 6'3" for
Oran Davis a utility shed. It was reported that the Planning and Zoning Commission had
reviewed the request and turned it down. The matter was postphoned until
next regular council meeting.
Rezoning Lots Motion by Gold and seconded by Doering to approve on second and final
1-8, Blk. 6- reading an Ordinance rezoning lots 1 thru 8, Block 6 of the Glasscock Addition
Glasscock Add. from RS to C2 -A. Motion carried by unanimous vote. (See Ordinance Book 3 -
Page #186)
Quail Valley Motion by Doering and seconded by Olson to adopt a Resolution authorizing
�+ Final Plat the filing of Quail Valley Subdivision Final Plat. Motion carried by unanimous
CD vote. (See Ordinance Book 03 - Page 0184)
Serenada East Motion by Olson and seconded by Scott to adopt a Resolution authorizing
Units III $ IV- the filing of Serenada East Units III and IV final plat. Motion carried by unanimous
Final Plat vote. Bob Stanton agreed to install another water booster pump of the same type
and size at the some location as the one now being used before June 1978.
Plans to be reviewed and approved by Bi I I Schott. (See Ordinance Book 03 -
Page 0184-185)
There bring no further business on a motion by Shell and seconded by Gold
the meeting adjourned.

ADDENDUM TO M 1 NUTES -OCTOBER 26, 1977
Maple Street Motion by Doering and seconded by Scott to except the bid of $91,300.00
Project from Parker and Rogers Consctruction Company for the construction of Maple
Street. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
