The City Council met in special session at 4:30 o'clock p.m. on the
above date with Mayor John Doerfler presiding. The following councilmen
and officials were present: Carl Doering, William Shell, Harry Gold, D. W.
Scott and City Secretary W. L. Walden. Others present were: Tommie Stuart,
Bill Stubblefield, Dennis Werchan, Jerry Commagere and Dean Pound.
Rezoning Product- Motion by Doering and seconded by Shell to approve on first reading an
ion Credit Property Ordinance rezoning the Production Credit property located on the west frontage
C-1 to C-213 road of IH 35 from C-1 to C-211. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Rezoning Product- Motion by Shell and seconded by Scott to approve on first reading an
ion Credit Ordinance rezoning the Production Credit property located on the west
R -S, to C-213 frontage of IH 35 from R -S to C-211. The votiog went as follows: AYES: Gold,
Shell and Scott. ABSTAIN: Doering.
Motion carried.
There being no further business on a motion by Shell and seconded by Scott
the meeting adjourned.
