July 5, 1977
The City Council met in emergency session on the above date at 10:00 o'clock a.m.,
with Mayor John Doerfler presiding. The following Councilmen and officials were present:
Carl Doering, Kenneth Olson, Harry Gold, William Shell, City Manager Leo Wood and
City Secretary W. L. Walden. Others present were: James Napier and Melissa Carroll.
Housing Authority Motion by Gold and seconded by Shell to adopte a Resolution approving
Resolution an application for preliminary loan for a low -rent public housing survey
and planning. Motion carried by unanimous vote. (See Ordinance Book 03 -
Page 0 167)
There being no further business on a motion by Shell and seconded by
Doering the meeting adjourned.
