The City Council met in special session at 4:00 p.m. on the above
date with Mayor John Doerfler presiding. The following councilmen
and officials were present: Harry Gold, Carl Doering, William Shell,
J. D. Wininger, D. W. Scott, City Manager Leo Wood and City
Secretary W. L. Wal den. Others present were: Jim Coffman and
Donna Jay.

Texas Highway Motion by Doering and seconded by Shell to approve a Resolution
Dept. -Resolution endorsing recommendations from Governor Dolph Briscoe to the 65th Texas
Legislature concerning highway funding. Motion carried by uanimous vote.
There being no further business on a motion by Wininger and seconded
by Gold the meeting adjourned.
