July 8, 1975
The City Council met in called session on the above date with Mayor Joe E.
Crawford presiding. The following Councilmen and officials were present: Dee W.
Scott, John Doerfler, Harry Gold, J. D. Wininger, William Shell,City Manager
Leo Wood, City Attorney Joe McMaster and Barbara Raney. Others present were:
Buddy Adams, Jennifer Robbins and Sandy Mintz.
Utility Rental An Utility Rental Ordinance was presented to the City Council for approval.
Ordinance Motion by Shell and seconded by Gold that the ordinance be passed on first and
final reading. Motion carried by unanimous vote. (See Ordinance Book 12 -
Page #478-479)
There being no further business on a motion by Gold and seconded by Wininger
the meeting adjourned.
