June 12, 1975
The City Council met in called session on the above date with Mayor
Joe E. Crawford presiding. The following councilmen and officials were
present: William Shell, John Doerfler, Harry Gold and City Secretary
W. L. Walden. Others present were: Jennifer Robbins.
Paving Bids Motion by Doerfler and seconded by Gold to accept the low bid of
$0.79 per square yard for 1" hot -mix overlay and $0.44 per square yard on
seal coat from Austin Road Company. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Mayor Crawford called a special council meeting to be held on the
19th day of June, 1975 at 9:00 a.m.. The pupose of the meeting is to call
a public hearing on annexation of Sherrill Oaks Subdivision.
There being no further business on a motion by Gold and seconded by
Shell the meeting adjourned.
