March 25, 1974
The City Council met on the above date with Mayor Joe E. Crawford
presiding. The following councilmen and officials were present: Harry Gold,
William R. Eanes, Hubert Brock, J. D. Wininger, Dee Scott, City Manager
Leo Wood, City Secretary W. -L. Walden and City Attorney Joe McMaster.
Others present were: Curtis Adrian, Riley Robbins, John King, David True,
and Andy Welch.
Sewer Grant A Resolution adopting the rules, regulations and project schedule on
Resolution the Federal Grant application to the Texas Water Quality Board and the
Environmental Protection Agency pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution
Control Act Amendments of 1972 -Public Law 92-500, was presented to the
Council. Motion by Brock and seconded by Gold that the Resolution be
adopted. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Bond Election Motion by Eanes and seconded by Gold that Curtis Adrian, Financial
Advisor, present to the City Council the Bond Election Order and other
election papers at the next regular City Council Meeting to be held April 8,
1974. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Community A letter was resented to the council from Jay Sloan, stateing that

Building Time Citizens State Bank agreed to issue $22,500.00 in time warrants at an
U Warrants interest rate of 5 3/49/6, to finance the Neighborhood Facility. Mr. Curtis
Adrian was instructed to study this matter further and report his findings to
the council.
There being no further business on a motion by Eanes and seconded by
Scott the meeting adjourned.
