January 30, 1973
The City Council met in called session on the above date with
Mayor Joe E. Crawford presiding. The following councilmen and officials
were present, William Lanes, Harry Gold, Hubert Brock, J. D. Wininger,
Dee Scott, City Manager Leo Wood, City Secretary Claud Eads and City
Attorney Joe McMaster. Others present were Ellen Jordan, Andy Williams
and Howard Lindquist.

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Joe E. Crawford who annou-

gation' by F. E. Holloman against the City of Georgetown concerning sewer
project. The Mayor then announced an executive session would be called to
discuss possible settlement negotiations.
During the executive session, Joe B. McMaster, City Attorney pre-
sented to the City Council the various contentions by Holloman and after
fulldiscussion a motion was made by Lanes and seconded by Gold and it was
then unanimously voted that the City should take no steps to excuse the
breach of contract butshould insist upon the full performance by Holloman.
There being no further business on a motion by J. D. Wininger and
seconded by Harry Gold the meeting adjourned.
