by Wininger the meeting adjourned.

The City Council met in regular session on the above date with
Mayor Joe E. Crawford presiding. The following councilmen and officials
were present, William Lanes, Harry Gold, D. W. Scott, J. D. Wininger,
Hubert Brock, City Manager Leo Wood and City Secretary Claud Eads.
Others present were, Andy Welch, Ellen Jordan and Ernest Lincoln.
Monthly Minutes
Motion by Gold and seconded by Eanes that council meetings held
and Reports
on December 11, 1972 and December 18, 1972 be approved as presented.
Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Motion by Gold and seconded by Wininger that General fund bills
in the amount of $49483.22 and Utility bills in the amount of
$29,827.13 be approved and paid. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Georgetown Housing
Ernest Lincoln, Secretary of Georgetown Housing Authority, pre -
Authority
sented the council with a check in the amount of $896.45 in lien of
taxes.
Oak Ridge
Oak Ridge Subdivision Plat and Dedication was presented to the
Subdivision
council by Mr. James A. Holden. The subdivision was previously
accepted and approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Motion by Brock and seconded by Scott that the ordinance be
passed. Motion carried by unanimous vote. (See Ordinance Book #2 -
Page 310)
Advertise for
Motion by Wininger and seconded by Gold that City Manager Leo
Bids on Car
Wood be authorized to advertise for bids on a 1973 car to be used
by the City Manager. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Terry Edwards-
Motion by Brock and seconded by Eanes that a bill in the amount
Estimate #1
of $3,088.80 from Terry Edwards, for Estimate #1, Phase III of the
Urban Renewal Project, be approved and paid. Motion carried by unanimous
vote.
Ed H. Page-
Motion by Wininger and seconded by Gold that a bill in the amount
Estimate #1
of $345.60 from Ed H. Page for Estimate #1, Phase III of water and
sewer construction for the Urban Renewal Project on 17th and 18th
Streets, be paid. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
