May 22, 1972
The City Council met in called session on the above date with Mayor
Joe E. Crawford presiding. The following Councilmen and officials were
present, William Eanes, Harry Gold, Hubert Brock, Dee Scott, J. D. Wininger,
City Manager Leo Wood, Asst. City Manager Claud Eads and City Attorney
Joe McMaster, Others present were Bill Buchanan, Norma Harris, Bob
Morelle and Timothy G. Maresh.
Timothy Motion by Brock and seconded by Scott that'Timothy G. Maresh be
Maresh - appointed as City Judge for a term of two years from June 1, 1972 to
City Judge May 31, 1974. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Mr. Maresh was sworn in by Mayor Joe E..Crawford.
C.A.P. C. 0. Motion by Uold and seconded by Wininger that Manager Leo Wood be
Agreement authorized to enter into agreement with C.A.P.C.O. to obtain radio equip-
ment for the City of Georgetown's Police Department. Estimated cost
tobe $3,650.00 or 20% of the total cost. Motion carried -by unanimous
vote.
