DECEMBER 13, 1971
Advertise for Motion by Crawford and seconded by Gold that City
Loader Bids Manager Wood be authorized to advertise for bids on a
front end loader, to be opened January 10, 1972. Motion
carried by unanimous vote.
Advertise for Motion by Wininger and seconded by Gold that City
Air-CompressorManager Wood be authorized to advertise for bids on a used
air -compressor to be opened January 10, 1972. Motion carried
by unanimous vote.
Advertise for Motion by Wininger and seconded by Brock that City
Electrical Manager Wood advertise for bids on electrical construction,
Work in the Oak Crest.Estates Subdivision,to be opened January
10, 1972. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Advertise for Motion by Gold and seconded by Wininger that City
Water System Manager Wood advertise for bids for automation of the
Automation water control system, to be opened January 10, 1972. Motion
carried by unanimous vote.
There being no further business on a motion by Craw-
ford and seconded byBrock the meeting adjourned.

The City Council met on the above date with Mayor
Jay C. Sloan presiding. The following Councilmen and
officials were present William Eanes, Harry Gold, Joe
Crawford, J. D. Wininger, Hubert Brock, City Manager Leo
Wood, Asst. City Manager Claud Eads, and City Attorney
Joe McMaster. Also present were Norma Harris and Jim Ribble.
Monthly
Minutes of the -council meeting held November 8, 1971,
Reports
were approved with the following correction; Amendment to
Zoning Ordinance should read Royal Oaks Estates Ordinance
passed to its second and final reading instead of first
reading.
Monthly Bills
Motion by Brock and seconded by Wininger that General
fund billsin the amount of $6,246.40 and Utility bills in
the amount of $25,193.61 be approved as presented and paid.
Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Vacating
Motion by Eanes and seconded by Wininger that street

vacating ordinance in Crestview #3 be passed to its second

and final reading. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Zoning
Motion by Brock and seconded by Crawford that the

amendment to our Zoning Ordinance be passed to it's second

Motion by Wininger and seconded by Crawford that

the 1971 National Electrical Code be passed. Motion carried

Round Rock
A proposed agreement between Round Rock and Georgetown
Agreement
concerning city limits boundaries was discussed. No action
was taken.
