The City 'Council met in called session on the above date. Mayor Pro
Tem Hubert Brock presiding with the following Councilmen and officials
present; harry Gold, William It. Eanes, Joe Crawford, J. D. Wininger,
City Manager Leo Wood, Asst. City Manager Claud Ends, City Attorney
Joe McMaster, Richard Atittanck, %Ira. Herbert BAker, J. C. Labenaki, and
Harold Parker.
Mr. Harold Parker requested the City's help to install drainage
pipe at Williams Drive and Country Club Road for a distance of about 300
feet. Mayor Pro Tem Brock stated that since our City Engineer and State
Highway Dept. had not taken a look at the drainage problem that the
Council would consider the proposal at a later date..
Motion by Lanes and seconded by Gold that the Audit Report from Sept. 1.
1968, to August 31, 1969, be approved.• Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Motion by Lanes and seconded by Gold that the City advertise for
bods one new police car, bids to be opened May 11, 1970. Motion carried by
unanimous vote.
Motion by Gold and seconded by Wininger that the City advertise for
bids on a Bucket Truck and Hole Digger for the Electric Dept., and that
bids be opened May 11, 1970. Motion carried by unanimous vote.
There being no further business, on a motion by Eanes and seconded by '
Gold the meeting was adjourned.
