(Called Meeting)
The City Council met in .called session with Mayor Jay Sloan
presiding. Councilmen Brock, Lyra, Davis, Gold, and lanes were pre-
sent. Also present were Manager Leo Wood, Asst. %tanager Eades, Curtis
Adrian, Ed Neff, Mrs. Cook, lied King, Ci+1 Priece and Rawliegh Elliott.
Low Pick-up Motion by Brock ar.d seconded by Lyda that we except the low biJ
Bid from Compton Motors on a new pickup in the amount of $1,795.00 and
low bid from RCA of 8620.00 ou a new radio, carried by unanimous
vote.
F.s.timate2, !Motion by Gold and seconded by Brock that we pay Estimate #2
Claud to Assoc. to Cloud and Associates in the amount of x$16,238.74 on the Library
project. The motion carried.
General City Manager Woodwas authorized to write for quotes from our
Liability locat Insurances Agencies and request information on General Libility
Insurance policy for needed coverage for City.
