SECTION 2. The City of Georgetown Code of Ordinances, Chapter 2,
Administration, § 2.08.010, Administrative Divisions and Departments, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
There are hereby established the following administrative divisions and
departments of the City:
Administration
Accounting
Facilities Construction & Maintenance (including Internal Service Fund)
Vehicle Service Center & Fleet Management (including Internal Service
Information Technology Operations (including
Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
Municipal Court
Purchasing
Utility Office
SECTION 3. In the event any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase,
provision sentence ordinance or the application of same to any person or

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall become effective October 1, 2010 with
adoption of the 2010/11 Annual Budget by the City Council of the City of Georgetown,
