Bear Sir:
City Llectrical Pole at
1707 Ilutto load
Georgetown, Texas

This is to confirm that the City of Georgetown L:lectrical Department
has planned to move the large electrical pole now located in the drive
way at the above address as soon as their work load and schedule will
allow, With the extreme work load on the department during the heavy
electrical usage months of the summer and early fall, it, would Iogi-
cally follow that this work cannot be scheduled until the winter.
We have the wort: order planned for November, 1967, and expect to
complete it at that time; however, because of the ever present threat
of having the unexpected happen, we feel that if events should call
for it, that we would commit ourselves to get the pole moved by no
later than the end of the winter, or by March 31, 1:968.
It is our understandings that the pole is to be moved from its present
location a distance north of approximately 16 feet so that it is placed
on the property line and is out of the driveway.
Very truly yours,

Mr. 1ay Stokes
Weslevan !fomes, Incorporated
Box 'IH6
Georgetown, Texas
Dear qtr. Stokes:
Please note the attached computations concerning the total
utility charges to the Wesleyan using the 1066 figures as a basis
and using; your suggested method of payment. le have done a consider-
able amount of figuring in an attempt to work out something to spread your
utility charges in line with your recent letter.
We assume your billings will not increase, but we must point out that
there will always be a variance in billings because of weather and other
factors. Any great chan,,e would necessitate a change in our schedule.
This schedule we have adopters here is an attempt to make the balance
due in April each year come out as close to a 61000 payment as we can.
by payin„ X12150 her month for the July, Atirust, September and October biII-
ing; this year, by paying $1000 per month beginning; in November irN7 and
continuing; thru April 19611, we would expect to come out even Keeping in
wind there is bound to be a few dollars difference to adjust in April
just because of the difference in billing and our estimates).
For the rest of 1968, and for 1969, since your reduced payment woulis
begin earlier than it did in 1967 and in order to not have.a large lump
sum due in April 1969, we suggest that May 1968 be a $1000 month, that
June thru October 1968 be X1300 r:ronths, that November 1968 thru'larch 1969
be w lUOO +nonths anti this sho.uid leave an April 1:160 balance out payment
of approximately X1050.00.
Il' this meets with your approval, please sign one copy of this letter
and return to me for the files and we shall start on this basis. It would
be wise to keep in mind that in the event your billings should begin to-
taling; over Y1:3,500 per year average, that we should probably expect to
adopt a new schedule.
This a.reetuent will be entered into with the understandin.1y that
any penalty fees would have to be accessed the Wesleyan in the event the
payments were not maintained on the basis outlined here, but that no
penalties would be accessed as long its the schedule is maintained. It
is also understood that since July has past that in the
event it is necessary that we should adjust the payment to conform with
the schedule. Uur records show that you have paid tl`3UU for July and
according to our schedule your payment for July should have been •1250.
This leaves a balance due of $50.00.
If you have any questions, please call rre.
Sincerely,
Charles D. l::yeing;ton
