The City Council met on the above date in called session, Mayor R. s. Elliott
presiding.
The following Councilmen and officials were present: Jay C. Sloan, A. W.
Hoyt, Jr., Doyle Lyda, Edward Lee Evans, Hubert H. Brock, Claud Eads, City
Secretary, Joe B. McMaster, City Attorney, Others present were: Les Hudson,
H. Curington with Bryant - Curington Engineers of Austin, John Cardwell 4th Will-
iamson Country Sun Publishing Company, Drew Ballard with K.G.T.N. Radio Station
and Curtis B. Adrian with First Southwest Investment Company of Dallas.
Notion by Evans and seconded by Hopp that the following Public Housing
tentative sites be approved. See Ordinance Book page 481 and 482. Motion
carried by unanimous vote.
Council suggested that City Manager Eyeington collect January and February
Airport rents in the amount of $200.00 from J. L. Janetsky according to con-
tract dated November 16, 1965.
Joe B. McMaster, City Attorney was instructed to prepare lease with Hobert
G. Clark and A. F. Johnson relating to the renting of Hanger at Georgetown
Municipal Airport and present to council at a later date.
Mayor called meeting df council on February 7, 1966.
Regular meeting to be held on February 14, 1966 at 6:30 P.M.

There being no further business, on motion by Evans and second by Hoyt
meeting adjourned.
