The City Council met on the above date in called session.
Mayor R. S. Elliott presiding. The following councilmen and
officials were present, H. H. Brock, Doyle Lyda, Edward Lee .Evans,
A. 71. Hoyt, Jr, Jay C. :;loan, Lee C. Black, dity Manager, Claud
Eads, City Secretary, Fred Knauth, Joe B. McMaster, City Attorney.

Motion by Evans and seconded by Hoyt that above resolution be ap&
proved. Votes were as allows, AYES, Brock. Lyda, Evans, Moan ,
NOES- None.

WHEREAS, Lone Star Gas Company request an easement
from the Center 2uilding in San Gabriel Park, Thence in
Northeasterly direction 628 feet; `thence Northeast 443
feet along the old Weir Road on North line of San Ganriel
Park.
Full description is described on easement found
filed for permanent record.
Easement is for gas line to serve Old Folks Home
( Sweetbriar ) on 61d Weir Road.

hZotion by Sloan and seconded by Brock that above resolution
be adopted.
Motion carried by unanimous vote. See Ordinanae'Book

Motion by Evans and seconded by Sloan that Highway Department
make a traffic survey on Williams Drive with the idea of re-
ducing rate of speed of vehicles.
There being no further business on motion by Hoyt and
seconded by Sloan meeting adjourned.
