The City Council met on the above datein called session
M-ayor R. S. Elliott presiding. The following Councilmen and
officials were present, Jay C. Sloan, A. W. Hoyt, Jr., Doyle Lyda,
Edward Lee Evans, Lee C. Black City Manager, Claud Eads, City
Secretary, Joe B. McMasters City Attorney, Nathan Kaiser and
H. 1ti7. Curington with Bryant and Curington Engineers, also present
were Harold Parker, B. A. Tombs, Drew Ballard, Don ucarbrouuh.
I,Ir. Kaiser presented report on Commumity Facilities Planning Program.
There beim; no further business on motion by Lyda and
seconded by Sloan that meeting adjourn.
