Mayor R. S. Elliott presiding, Aldermen, E. P. Miles, Kennie hilcox,�r.
A. W. Hoyt, Jr, Edward Lee 9vans, Doyle Lyda, Lee C. Black, City Manager,
Claud Eads, City Secretary, Fred Knauth, John Cardwell, Drew Ballard with
Williamson County Suni and K. G. T. N. Radio Station.
LN VEXATION ORDINANCE:
ANNEXING THE HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED TERRITORY '20 THE
CITY OF GEORGETOWN, WILLIA?'$ON COUNTY, TEXAS, AijD EX*
TENDING THE BOUNDARY LIMITS OF SAID CITY SO AS TO IN-
CLUDE SAID HEREINAFTER T!ESCRIBED PROPERTY WITHIN SAID
CITY LIMITS, AND GRANTING TO ALL THE INHABITANTS OF
SAID PROPERTY ALL OF THE RI'MTS AND PRIVILEGES OF OTHER
CITIZENS, AND BINDl-NG SAID INHABITANTS BY ALL OF THE
ACTS, ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS OF SAID CITY.

Motion by Evans and seconded by Hort that Annexation Ordinance which
contained emergency clause be read one time and passed on first reading.
Ordinance was read by Manager Black.
Votes were as follows : Ayes, Miles, Lyda, Evans, Hoyt, Wilcox, Noes -None.
Mayor declared Ordinance passed.
There being no further business on motion by Yiiloox and seconded by Lyda,
Bouncil adjourned.
