The City Council met on the above date in called session Mayor
R. S. Elliott, presiding. The following Aldermen and Officials were present,

Lotion by Hoyt and seconded by Lyda that the greyhound Bus Company
select a location for their Bus St�,:tion and the City would select the routing
of buses in and out of the City.
:otion carried by unanimous vote.

reading . The following votes were cast. Ayes- Lyda, Hort, Lvans- woes -A%one.
(1) Federal Grant tinder Public Law No. 6W
Lotion by Hoyt and seconded by Lyda that above resolution be accepted. The following
votes were cast. Ayes- Lyda, Hoyt, F'vans- hoes- None. See Ordinance Hook Page 3 :L
(2) Proper And Efficient Operation of Sewer Plant.
Notion by Fvans and seconded by Hoyt that above resolution be approved.

Motion carried.
Mayor R S Elliott stated that there would be a called meeting of
the City Council on March 23 for the purpose of a public hearing, Annexiation of
Crestview Addition as set out in field notes in Ordinance Book Page.
(3) RESOLUTION TO DEVELOP COMPREHENSIVE MASTER PLAN
Requests State Health Department to assist for the developement of Comprehensive
Master Plan under program 701 for financial assistance.

Motion by Evans and seconded by Lyda Follovz.ng votes cast Ayes- Lyda,
Hoyt, Evans- Noes - None.
There being no further business on motion by Hoyt seconded by Lyda,
Council adjourned. Motion harried
