The City Council met in called session on the above date,
'payor Pro -Tem Edward Lee Evans presiding, A. W. Hoyt, Kennie Wilcox, Jr.
Lee C. Black, City Manager, Claud Eads, City Secretary.
Motion by Kennie Wilcox and seconded by A. W. Hoyt, the following
Resolution be adopted.
RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Council of the City
of Georgetown, Texas, hereby awards to H do M CONSTRUCTION_
CORPORATION OF AUSTIN, TEXAS, the Contract for Relocation
of Yater Mains,Vuture Water and Sewer Main Crossings, Pro-
ject I 35-3(24)260, City of Georgetown, Texas, effective
this date] but subject to the approval of the Texas Highway
Department and the Bureau of Public Roads,
