March 23, 1962
The City Council meet at Special Called session at 10 A. M.
itaroh 23, 1962 for purpose of acting on written request of resignation of Pi
Mr. H. H. Pennington as election Judge for City election to be held
Tuesday April the 3rd, and called election to be held May the 8th, 1962,
Present Mayor C. A. Forbes, Councilmen Floyd Rngvall, Rennie Wilcox,Jr.
Floyd Jones, Claud Eads, Secretary, Lee C. Black, City Manager.
After reading the request of resignation by Mr. Pennington# Motion by
Wilcox seconded by Hoyt that resignation be accepted , carried by unanimous
vote .
Mayor Forbes appointed Mr. J. C. Fronaberger as election Judge for
City election to be held April 3, 1962 and May 8th, 1962 with authority to
appoint assistance needed.
Motion by Jones, seconded by Engvall that appointment be approved
and was carried by unanimous vote.
There being no further business on motion Hoyt seconded by Wilcox,
Council adjourned.
