The City Council met in regular session on the above date. Mayor,C. A. Forbes,
Aldermen, J. H. Compton, Floyd Engvall, A. W, Hoyt, Jr, Floyd B. Jones,
Floyd Engvall, C. S. Sanders, Tax Collector, Lee C. Black, City P,ianager,
H. A. Partain, Assistant City Manager, Claud Eads, Pity Secretary, W.K. McClain,
City Attorney, Mr. Juett, Manager Lone Star Gas Company.
Manager Black read reports for the month of May and submitted General Fund
Bills in the amount of $1,568.75 for approval. motion by F. E. Jones and
seconded by A. 'A. Hoyt, Jr. that report be approved and bills be paid.
RESOLUTION Y1. K. & T. RAILROAD CO PANY FOR SE'vvER EASEINENT .
On motion of Alderman, A. W. Hoyt, Jr. and seconded by Alderman,
Engvall that resolution was adopted by unanimous vote see -Page No. 190
Ordinance Book.
Third Reading,. On motion by J. H. Compton and seconded by Floyd Engvall
that Lone Star Gas Rate Ordinance be read by caption.

Mayor declared Ordinance passed.
Elmo Reed and Hobson Martin were present in behalf of Highway Department
erecting signs on Church.
Mayor explained present status and future planning.
Dr. Bryson discussed Budget for coming year for the Williamson County
Health Unit. MRyor Forbes requested that Health and Sanitation Committed
meet with Commissioners Court and discuss findings at Council meeting at
a later date.
There being no further business on motion by Hoyt and seconded
by Compton that meeting adjourn.
