The City Council met in regular session with the following
present Mayor C. A. Forbes, Aldermen, Kennis Wilcox, Jr. A. We Hoyt,
Jr. F. E. Jones, E. K. Fredericson, Lee C. Black, City Manager,
H. 4. Partain , Assistant City Manager, Alderman, J. H. CaaVton,
W. K. McClain, City Attorney, C. S. Sanders, Tax Collector, Claud Eads
City Secretary,
Manager Black Read minutes for the month of December and pre-
sented bills for the month of December in the amount of $528.31 for
approval, motion by Kennie Wilcox, Jr. and seconded by A. W. Hoyt, Jr.
that report be approved and bills be paid. City Manager Black read
all reports for month of December.
Mr. Tinsley explained to City Council the details of voting
bonds and what methods used in issuing them and the advantage and
disadvantage of same.
There being no other business on motion by Alderman, Kennie
Wilcox, Jr, and seconded by E. K. Fredericson, Council adjourned*
