The City Council met in regular session on the Above date, Mayor
J. T. Atkin presiding, the following members were present: --
Aldermen; J. H. Compton, R. K. Fredericson, Ralph Freund, Kennie
Wilcox, Jr., A. C. Woodfin. City Manager Lee C. Black , Assistant
Mgr. H. A. Partain; W. H. Nunn, attorney; k. P. pickle, Chief of
police; M. L. Cates, secretary.
Minutes of the previous meetim); were read and on motion of Ald. Comp-
ton, seconded byn Ald. Freund were approved.
City Manager read his monthly and other o Vicials reports and bills
for approval and payment amounting to $961.62. On motion of Ald. Freund
and seconded by Ald. ^tilcox, the reporte.were received and filed and
bills and accounts ordered paid.
There oceuring no furthet business the council adjourned., on motion
of Ald. Mredericson, seconded by Toodfin.
