The City Council met on the above date, Mayor J. T. Atkinsp
presiding. The following aldermen and officers were presents.
Aldermen, J. H. Comptong H. K. Fredrieson, Ralph.Freund# Kennis
Wilcox, Jr.q and A. C. Woodfin; City Mgr. D. Co Black, Asst. Mgr.
J. A. Partain. Chief of Police A. P. Pickle. Seely. M. L. Cates.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read. Approved as
corrected on motion of Aldo Woodfing seconded by Aldo Wilcox.
Mgr. Black read his monthly report including the usual officers,
reports and accounts amounting to $712.71. On motion of Aldo
Compton, seconded by Aldo Woodfin, the reports were received and
filed, and accounts ordered paid.
City Mgr. Black presented prices from several companies
on air conditioning unit for the City Hall. On motion of
Aldo Compton# seconded by Aldo Freund, the Council -voted to
purchase a G. H. unit from the General Electric Company at Austin
for the price of $1007.009 delivered and installed•
There occurring no further business, on'motion of Aldo Woodfin,
seconded by Aldo Freundq the Council adjourned.
