The Cit.v Councils met in regular session on the above date, Yn.yor
J. T. Atkin presiding, the following members were present:
Aldermen J. H. Comptbn, E. E. 'tredericson, Ralph ?reund, Kennie...
Wilcox and 61. C. Toodfin. Manager Lee C. Black, Asst. I'r. H. A. PartAin;
C. S. Sanders, assessor -Collector; W. ?i. Nunn, Attorney; A. P. Pickle,
Chief of Police;Y. L. Cates, Secretary.
Minutes of the rrevious regular session were rend, rnd on motion of
Ald. Compton, seconded by Ald. 7ilcox were arrroved.
Manager Black read his regular monthly report listing accounts pa.yeble
as X441.73, including reports of Treasurer Byrom,.C. S. Sanders, and
Pickle. On motion of Ald. Ioodfin , seconded by Ald. Compton, the re -
were received and filed and the Recounts ordered Maid.
The Council agreed to give The farmers State 'Bank and City recorder
L. N. May rprking space on the square.
There being no furthet business befor the Council, ?. F. Predericson
made A. motion that the Council adjourned. The motion was seconded by
Ald. Freund, which garried unanimously.
