The City Council met in called session, Mayor J. T. Atkin presiding,
at which the Aldr-rmen present were; J. 11. Compton, E. K. ?redericson,
and Renaiv 'Wilcox, Jr., Also City MAxager Lee. C. Black and the Ass t
Manager Partain and Secretary M. L. Cates.
A resolution pertsieing to the PARIMR SUBDIVISION, hereafter to be known
as "CRE3TVIEW ADDITION" was read in full to the Council by Mayor, J. T.
Adkin, as recorded in full on Psge No._, in Resolution and Ordinance
Book. P portion of which is as follows:
" Be It Resolved , by the city Council fo the City of Georgetown, Texas
"li That the owners, J. T. Parker and Wife, Addie V. Parker, of that an
certaiintract of lsnd designated as "Crestview Addition:" edjaeeat
to the City of Georgetown, Texas, are hereby authorized to file for
for record, in the office of the County Clerk of Tillismson County,
Texas, the map or plP.t of said tract attached hereto, Pad said
County Clerk of Williamson County, Texas, is hereby authorized the
filing and recording of said Map of said trnet of 1Pnd.
"2. Ix authorizing the filing and recording of said Yapctf said tract
of la.ad, the City Council of the City of Georgetown, Texas, does
net assume any obligation to grade, improve or maintain the streets
shows thereon unless and until said City Council eleste to do so."
