Ald. rredfin, seconded by Ald. Frederieson that it be read was passed
by the following votes Ayes --Compton, FrederiesoR, Smith, Wilcox, 'Voodfin.

Ont motion of Ald. Compton, seconded by Ald. Tilcox that the ordinance
eontaiximg the EmergeAcyl_"Clause, the usuQl rules for passing ordinances be
suspended and the same be read by caption be psesed its second reading,
motion carried. Vote was, Ayes --Compton, ^rederieson, Smith, 'Vilcox,
