Atkin presiding, the folloll'inp Ald-rmen Fnd other members present: Aldermen: J. H. Comptos, F. Y. ?redericson, Fred C. Smith, Yenrie 'Vil.- cox, fr., A. C. Noodfin. Vembers: Ya.nager Lee C. Mack, Y..N. Nunn, attorney; A. P. Pickle, chief of police; C. S. Sanders, assessor - collector; 'V. ?i. Partain, assistant manager; IT. L. Cntes,• secr.etPry. On motion of Ald. 'redericson, seconded by A. C. Woodfin, the minutes of the last regular and adjourned sessions were approved. ]manager Lee C. Ilaek read -his monthly report, together with the re- ports of the other sfficiels, and the bills to be approved and paid amounting to $154.09. On motion of Ald. Toodfin, seconded by Ald. Compton, the bills were ord,red paid and reports filed. ParPllel Perking Ordinance An Ordinance requiring Parallel Parking on Certain Blacks on Austin Avenue was presented by Ald. Frederieson, she made a motion that the same be read in full. The motion carried and the ordinance read. ( See Ordinance on page No. , in regular Ordinance Book.) On mention of Alderman >t'rddC.. Smith that because of the Pbeve rpmed Ordinance containing an emergency Clause, the usual rules requiring minae ordinances be read at three separate meetings be suspended,' Pend the same be hereafter read by caption, and passed its second reading, The motion was seconded by Ald. A. C. 'Voodfiu, and was psoped by the' following vote: Ayes --Compton, ^redericson, Smith, `9ileox, Toodfin. Noes --None. Ordinance Read ly CPption. on motion of Ald. On motion of Ald. `Vilcox and seconded by Ald. Compton the said ordinance was passed finally, the -following being the vote: Ayes: --Compton, Frederieson, Smith, Tilcox, toodfin. *Toes --'lone.
