Fredericson, seconded by Ald. Toodfin the Ordi- was read by Caption and passed to its third reading by the following vote; Ayes --Compton, Fredericson, Smith, Toodfin, 'Tileox. Noes --none. CO! r7CT~D ORDINANC 3 "An Ordinance of the City of'Georgetown, Texas, Ordaining, Decreeing,' and Declaring that all portions of the 133 pages of the typewritten matter that is attached hereto, -is composed of valid ordina.naes and parts of ordinances of this City that were All heretofore duly passed and published, and that all the material portions of said ordinances, are copied and brought forward in the said written Pages, that are attached hereto, is made a part hereof, and that same shall hereafter be known as, "CnLLI�'CTFD ORD114= NANCF S”, and that the same is here ordained to be valid ordinances of the. The motion was seconded by Alderman Kennie 'Vilcox, Jr., and carried by the following vote: Ayes --Compton, ?rederic- son, Smith, Toodfit, "Vilcox. Noes -,Tone. Ordinance read in full. Isom and Grady Watkins discussed a surveying problem pertaining to ettract of land adjoining the city limits for future consideration of the proper committee.
